Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (“Air Distribution”) respects your privacy. This
California Notice at Collection (“Notice”) is intended to give you information regarding
how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information. In this Notice, we describe
the categories of Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect and
use that Personal Information, and when we “share” or disclose your Personal
Information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended
and its implementing regulations (“CCPA”).
For purposes of this Notice, “Personal Information” means information that identifies,
relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could
reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.
Personal Information excludes publicly available information, deidentified or aggregated
consumer information, or information that is otherwise excluded under the definition of
Personal Information under the CCPA.
The CCPA broadly defines “sell” or “sale” as the sharing of personal information
(including information that does not directly identify an individual) in exchange for
anything of value, which isn’t limited to the exchange of money. “Share” is defined
narrowly as providing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral
advertising to a consumer based on information about their activity on multiple websites
across the internet.
We collect Personal Information as described in the following table. We do not “sell” or
“share” Personal Information as defined in the CCPA.
